Raleigh-based Sageworks recently promoted Scott Ogle to chief executive officer.
Ogle replaces company co-founder Brian Hamilton, who remains a member of the privately held company’s board.
Sageworks is a financial information and analysis firm.
Ogle has worked for the company for a decade.
“Scott has been a key member of management at Sageworks for the last ten years and as CEO will provide the experience and vision necessary at this seminal moment to continue the successful growth of the company,” said board member Ferris Chandler in announcing the move on Dec. 27. “The board is confident of a bright future under Scott’s leadership.”
Ogle worked in business development and sales for California-based iHarvest before joining Sageworks.
