The FCC sold out the consumers years ago.

TWC has claimed they haven't throttled bandwidth, yet there are clear cases where they were and lied about it. Comcast will only make it worse. Part of the problem is streaming inefficiency on the part of Netflix, and the other part is oversubscribing by the cable and telcos.
unimpressed. must be close to election season. just remember who/what really controls Washington. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

Revised proposal is remarkably just like the old proposal. Still very anti-net neutrality.
