I'm all for anything that promotes the local entrepreneurial scene, but I'm a bit skeptical of these "for pay" services targeting startups. One of the main things startups lack is usually cash, so you have to be extremely judicious in how you spend that cash. And with so much free mentoring available (through SCORE, CED, and other avenues) I think many startups will have a hard time justifying this.
That said, I wish them luck and hope they succeed, since their success will probably be indicative of the success of the overall entrepreneurial ecosystem here in the Triangle.
