Inflow, a provider of outsourced technology services, has landed a new client in email management software company Bronto Inc.
Bronto’s web-based application helps over 150 organizations in North America and Europe to manage email distribution lists for sending newsletters, surveys and other communications.
Formerly hosted with another Raleigh provider, Bronto says it was looking to scale its operations while gaining long-term stability with a new IT outsourcing partner.
“We were looking for a company to take us to the next level…one that was competitively priced, had a solid hosting platform and most importantly, offered sound technical support,” said Bronto President Joe Colopy. “–Inflow was a larger company, demonstrating the technical expertise and possessing the financial viability we required.”
Durham-based Bronto moved to Inflow in Raleigh in early February of this year and receives hosting & Internet access services there. The company, which experienced 900 percent sales growth in 2003, expects to see a similar performance for 2004.
“It’s good to know that when we need to take advantage of additional managed services to support our growth,” Colopy says, “Inflow has the experience and services necessary to handle this for us.”
