Durham has nabbed another accolade, this time landing on a list of the 13 hottest cities for 2016, according to Business Insider.

The unranked list includes Atlanta, Austin, Los Angeles, Burlington, Vermont, Cambridge, Massachusetts, Detroit, Jersey City, New Jersey, Madison, Washington, Nashville, Queens, New York, and Oakland California.

Business insider says all of the cities will be booming this year, with new jobs, growing industries, art and food scenes, and affordable real estate.

It cites Durham as an innovation and technology hub, it’s low cost of living, and the American tobacco campus, with its startups, accelerators, venture capital firms, and hip restaurants and working spaces.

Durham has also been recognized as a great place to visit, a foodie haven, and a good place to stay and develop career after graduating from one of the top Triangle universities.
