Premium Lock Driven by Facebook and Google, eMarketer sees 2014 mobile ad spending at $31.5B

Going Mobile? Research firm eMarketer says it expects worldwide spending on mobile advertising to reach $31.5 billion this year, a 75 percent increase from 2013.

Global mobile ad spending increased 105 percent last year to hit $17.96 billion, according to new eMarketer estimates. Spending on mobile ads worldwide will rise another 75.1 percent in 2014, thanks largely to Facebook and Google....
