Deutsche Bank will add another 250 jobs at its Cary Technology Center with a Jobs Development Incentive from the state worth up to $3.38 million over 12 years if the company meets hiring goals, the North Carolina Commerce Department Secretary John Skvarla and Gov. Pat McCrory announced Tuesday.

Deutsche Bank’s DB Global Technology Inc. unit plans to invest an additional $9 million in its Cary campus by the end of 2016.

Average salaries for the new jobs are $85,600 a year. The new positions include technology engineers, software developers, and analysts.

In May, Dan Minto told the Triangle Business Journal the company had already hired the 431 employees it told the state it would hire by the end of 2016. The company currently employs 600 people in Wake County.
