Kudos to Frontier and the others for being creative with "all forms of technology" to address rural broadband access in NC. Frontier is a strong player in Northern California as well where forests and rugged terrain make it difficult for residents to get good service. TV white space is the latest wireless technology these companies are trying in places where line-of-sight is just not available. www.carlsonwireless.com
