The company, which provides human capital management technology and operates through a software-as-a-service business model, has acquired Qquest, a provider of time-and-attendance software as well as other technology.

According to Infisource, it is now “the largest provider of human capital management solutions designed for small to medium-size employers.”

Infinisource now has more than 63,000 customers, including 46,000 gained in the Qquest deal.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Infinisolve said it had plans to hire more than 160 employees when it announced its relocation to Charlotte..

“With the addition of Qqest, we now own and control a single solution for all ‘must have’ employer services – HR, Payroll, Time Management and Benefits,” said Gary Trainor, Infinisource’s chief executive officer. “Together, we are well-positioned to become the industry’s most trusted provider of workforce management tools for small to medium-sized employers, who traditionally have been underserved.”

Infinisource launched in 1986.
