InvestiQuant Inc a Cary-based firm that sells autotrading software and other investment products, has raised $1.65 million of a $2 million equity offering, according to a regulatory filing.

The company raised $1.5 million in equity in 2014.

So far, 33 investors contributed to the current funding.

The company sells the IQ Trading platform with various levels of “trading strategies.” Prices start at $75 a month and rise to $999 a month for the most sophisticated product. InvestiQuant offers a free 30-day trial for new clients.

All the packages include a portfolio analyzer and trading room access.

It also offers other online investor tools, conducts coaching sessions, one-on-one training, research, and course materials.

The company was founded by Scott Andrews, its president.

It was formerly called “Master the Gap.” It changed its name to InvestiQuant in 2015.

It was incorporated in 2008.
