iContact expands management team with three new hires

iContact is expanding its management team with three new executives, all of whom worked at one time for ChannelAdvisor in RTP.

Kevin Fitzgerald is the e-mail marketing firm’s new vice president of sales. He has worked in the past for ChannelAdvisor, an RTP-based provider of online sales services, as well as IBM, Ultimus and Relativity. A graduate of Pace University, he earned a Masters in business at Duke.

Eric Sternkopf is iContact’s director of sales and will focus on enterprise opportunities. He reports to Fitzgerald. He most recently was director of enterprise sales for ChannelAdvisor.

Ralph Kasuba, iContact,’s vice president of operations, will oversee the firm’s engineering. He worked most recently at ChannelAdvisor as director of global engineering efforts.

Kasuba also is a member of the Triangle Technology Executive Council board and is a facilitator and coach in the Council for Entrepreneurial Development’s FastTrack training program.

iContact, which employs more than 160 people, has more than 50,000 clients worldwide.
