RALEIGH, N.C. — A Texas-based construction company that caters to the exacting needs of the biotech industry is opening a Raleigh office because of the opportunities in the North Carolina market.
Total Facility Solutions, Inc. (TFS), is a specialty contractor and services company focused on critical process manufacturing infrastructure. It's new office will be at 7409 AAC Boulevard, Suite 300, in the Brier Creek area.
Corporate headquarters is in Plano, Texas.
Raleigh will be the "focal point" for the TFS life sciences facilities contracting service division and will also act as a regional hub to support existing renewable energy and technology business throughout the Southeast, TFS said in its Wednesday announcement.
"It is a great time to lay more solid foundations in the region. You only have to look at the companies that have already located here in recent times as well as the work being undertaken at places like the Golden Leaf B-TEC Center and NC Solar Center to realize that this is a region full of development potential," said Joe Cestari, TFS president.
TFS is a wholly owned subsidiary of M+W Zander US Operations, Inc.,
