GREENVILLE, N.C. — Pioneer Surgical Technology, Inc., said Tuesday that a Chinese partner has received government approval to distribute Pioneer's full product line there.
Pioneer, which has R&D and manufacturing facilities in Greenville and in Woburn, Mass., is based in Marquette, Mich. It makes motion-preservation devices for surgeons to use, and they are available in Europe and are under clinical evaluation in the U.S., the company said.
Bonovo Orthopedics, Inc., a Chinese manufacturer and distributor of orthopedic products, will market Pioneer's full portfolio of spinal-fusion products.
