Work-force solutions firm Headway hires former Tekelec exec

RALEIGH, N.C. – Alvin Ragland, senior vice president of human resources at Tekelec (Nasdaq: TKLC), has joined workforce solutions firm Headway Corporate Resources as vice president of engineering and technology resources.
Headway provides staff recruitment and related services.
Ragland has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and recruitment. Before working at Tekelec, he was employed at Sony Ericsson, Nortel and Carolina Power & Light.
Ragland earned a business administration degree at Fayetteville State University.
