The SEC says that Pfizer's overseas subsidiaries made illegal payments to health care workers in China, Italy, Russia, Croatia and other Eastern European countries. The settlement also covers alleged violations by Wyeth, which Pfizer acquired in 2009. GSK is cooperating with a similar probe, the company says....
