I had a BB. Loved it UNTIL it died for absolutely no reason, and Sprint would only swap out with a garbage can replacement. I was told that New BB were not available and even if they were I would have to buy a new one. i felt ripped off and betrayed by both BB and Sprint. No more BBs for me and when my comtract with Sprint Is up, new cell carrier for me, as well...after 12 years with Sprint. guess they dont value my loyalty, so why shouldnI stay with them?
