This article is incorrect in stating that HTC received grants from the City of Durham. On Ocotber 18, 2010 the Durham City Council approved a job creation incentive to HTC which was to be provided in conjunction with at One NC Fund job creation incentive from the North Carolina Department of Commerce. The incentive agreement was never executed by HTC therefore no incentive funds were granted by the City of Durham to HTC.
