It seems two stories are at odds w/ each other. Verizon & ATT want to add customers by using the service that adds devices/services to their wireless plans, hence higher fees. But at the same time ATT says running OUT of wireless capacity. HUH??? not sure how to reconcile that discrepancy in my mind.......
