don't see this as a big change, under 13 are already on FB in huge numbers-they've just lied about their birthday. I really don't believe there is any feasible way to keep them off as long as they have a computer; and kids are getting computers at younger and younger ages soooooooo, how they gonna stop the lying about birthdays?
