Quintiles names new leader for market intelligence practice

Research Triangle Park, N.C. —
James Kirk, one of the original partners of market intelligence firm Eidetics which was acquired by Quintiles in 2008, is the new leader of that unit.
Kirk, who holds a degree in biochemical sciences from Harvard and a Master’s from Stanford, is the practice leader for Quintiles Consulting’s market intelligence and analytics practice.
Quintiles is the world’s largest contract research organization, providing a wide variety of services to pharmaceutical and life science companies.
Eidetics was formed in 1988.
