So the $44 million they spent on alleged "retention bonuses".. most of which went to executives to the tune of a quarter million apiece.. were just an attempt to divide up the spoils before breaking up the company. As foreseen.

The bankruptcy judge that authorized these bonuses - what in heck was he thinking? Or, should I ask, what form - and how much - were his kickbacks?
Does this remind you of Midway Airlines? Just close the doors already, and send the stock holders their 25 cents a share before you lose that for them also!
