And here I was expecting Jimmy Buffet and Bill Gates...I thought we were going to be checking our e-mail down in Margaritaville...
NetJets does not compete directly so much with the airlines as it does with the corporate flight department within a company, private charter operators and private owner-flown aircraft. NetJets users need the flexibility to go when and where their schedule dictates, an imposssibly with the airlines. The NetJets operations relocating to RDU says alot about our geography, half-way between New York and Florida, and our tax burden relative to Ohio's.
This is a poorly written news story. How much time is spent writing some of these stories you read on WRAL. Half the time they are either poorly written or they leave out most of the important info. Man, I need a job there.
