Several North Carolina firms are among the finalists for “Stevie Awards” next week.
And two – ChannelAdvisor and Citrix ShareFile – are competing in the same category.
They are among the firms competing in the “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software – Up to 100 Employees.”

Citrix Sharefile is part of Citrix and based in Raleigh.
Bronto, which is based in Durham, is one of three finalists in a similar category.

Peak 10, which is based in Charlotte but has operations in the Triangle, is a finalist in “Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Services.:

The “Stevies” are named after the the Greek word “crowned.”
A team of 120 professionals worldwide judge the more than 1,100 entries to determine finalists. Another team determined the winners.
