In an interview with Fast Company, Bandwidth Chief Executive Officer David Morken shares three key steps to developing “the impossible” – the recently launched Republic Wireless and its $19 a month unlimited service, a hybrid mix of cellular and WiFi technologies.

The steps:

1. Come up with an impossible idea … don’t give up!

2. Highlight the barriers.

3. Brainstorm them away.
