The North Carolina Technology Association’s finalists for its 2014 technology awards came out earlier today and was a popular topic throughout most of the day. Longtime WRAL weatherman Bob DeBardelaben, popularly known as “the biggest name in weather,” died Monday after a brief illness, according to his family. It was one of the highest trending topics in not just the Triangle but in North Carolina today on Twitter followed by #WRAL.
